I wish I had sailing boat.
I have been watching a lot of sailing boat videos on youtube and it seems incredibly cool.
I think I get Gabe's obession with super yachts now, but I would never want a yacht that requires a crew to operate. I want to be alone.

You very rarely get to chill out when operating a sail boat solo, you're constantly managing random bullshit.

I wish Gabe invited me on board we could play games together and I'd give him a little playful nose pinch after winning ;_;

Yeah that's the impression I got too. Those YouTube videos are super romanticized-cut to smooth sailing in the sun, skip over the 4AM anchor alarms, tangled lines, busted winches, and trying not to shit yourself in a gale. Solo sailing sounds peaceful in theory but actually looks like unpaid overtime with waves.

maybe theres a place near you where you can rent a boat and take lessons. i learned on picrel and rented one evrry other weekend one summer when i lived near the ocean; while >>715441308 is correct its still somewhat relaxing while providing enough stimulation for my burned out dopamine receptors.
