Not sure what japs are smoking, as bad as life is now i would never want to go back to my teenage years. I hated every single second i had to spend at school, not to mention needing to depend on your parents to buy anything fucking sucked.

Maybe it's because I actually enjoy my job and have enough free time for my hobbies but I never felt this wistful longing for my school years. Even when shit gets tough, as an adult I at least feel more in control facing it as an adult than I ever did as a teen

It really depends from person to person IMO. I don't mind going back to school days, but wasting my days just playing fightan with friends in uni or reliving the time when I had full-time job was also enjoyable.
But generalizing the Nips maybe it's because their image of life-draining workplace/corporate culture and adult responsibility; fitting in as a 'member of society' in general.

Childhood is complete shit. Imagine being constantly gangstalked and harassed by assholes your age and your entire formative years and you can't press charges against them because you are considered a commodity and not a human being. Anyway, I'm not dying for my country nor Israel. If anything it's going to be the reverse at this rate.
