Super boring. He just runs away the entire time and you use thermal goggles to follow his footsteps and shoot him in the back over and over. He never even fights back, other than a couple flashbangs.

Killing him before the fight just makes that area harder. You have to deal with the Ocelot unit whilee in permanent Evasion alert, instead of just fighting The End real quick.
