He's literally broken, they mislabeled his stagger state which is why you can unload 3 ultimates all at once and he won't flinch because the animation never loads.

I actually love how bosses can do multi grabs now. It avoids shitters from brute forcing the fight so they actually have to LEARN how to play the game.
