Shinji mikami went on record saying he wanted to leave tango since they got owned by zenimax because he wasnt even the boss of his own company anymore but stayed to help motivate his younger staff.
But tango is owned by krafton now and nearly everybody is back working there so potentially things will be ok. Who knows with gook publishers.
