my stomach has been hurting really bad all day and I've been in the bathroom with diarrhea every 5 minutes for 10+ hours
I was so cold this morning I was shaking violently, it was so bad I felt like I was having a seizure
I've also had a splitting headache for nearly the entire time
what the fuck is wrong with me
did I eat something bad somehow? am I dying?
I'm utterly miserable

It literally just started when I tried to go to sleep, I felt fine then all of a sudden unbearable stomach pain and extreme cold even though my skin was really hot to the touch
I haven't eaten anything all day and I'm still having diarrhea 10+ hours later, I can't do anything without another wave coming on

Both my parents were at the hospital all day today doing serious shit and both of them are basically incapacitated
even if I tried to drive myself without a license which would be really dangerous I don't feel like I could even make it there without having diarrhea in the car

Yeah, Covid is the last time I had this happening to me as well. No diarrhea but the shakes and splitting headache and constant joint pain were very real. Extremely uncomfortable overall.

get yourself some sports/electrolyte drinks like gatorade. constantly drinking water just to keep hydrated only to shit it out in a few minutes can mess up your electrolyte balance and cause cramps on the least stretched parts of your body. my morning exercises and my job dont involve my core muscles so when i also had watery shits every 10 mins after getting food poisoning i started getting cramps all over my lower abdomen for just the slightest movements (like shivering) and had a hard time getting to the hospital because of it. seriously just get yourself to the hospital before that happens

Sounds like when I had salmonella infection. Cold sweats, fever, nausea and unable to sleep for more than 30 minutes without waking up and shitting myself.
I went through 4 pairs of boxers ever day. I started shoving toilet paper up my ass to give me a few extra seconds to rush to the bathroom when waking up.
Your situation actually sounds worse and I think you seriously need to seek medical attention.

In the meantime, follow other anons' advice and drink a lot of water. When you have diarrhea, you will get dehydrated, which will make your headaches worse.
