I like to install Revision for it's ease of access. Then disable a ton of shit in the options the mod adds.

New graphics?

New music?
Off
New level layouts?
Go away (although truthfully after having played Deus Ex a million times the slight level alterations were something of a breath of fresh air)
I leave on Biomod though. I like it's changes.
