Spend at least 1000 hs mastering both movement and aiming at the same time.

Gotta be sneaky and quick. Get the drop on someone, do some damage and get out. Don't stay in the fight too long. Go grab some health and ammo and do it again.
Choose targets that are isolated from their team.
Harass the enemy medics constantly.
Try to be a good distraction; make the enemy chase you around instead of pushing their objective.
