Well the next Kamen Rider season will be releasing officially on west so there's a small chance they might make a non-gacha video game to promote to the overseas market like how Shin Kamen Rider got that Beat Em Up
But it will definitely still be a cheap licensed Bandai Namco game

If I were to make a piece of shit RPGmaker Kamen Rider fangame what would be the best place to publish it? I don't use social media so I don't know what platforms are used to upload fangames and I don't know if dumping the game on a gofile link on 4chan counts as self-advertising

Kamen Rider at least had a bunch of real games. Meanwhile Garo got only one like 20 years ago.
