unironically yes
the stick boxes have a silicone ring that contacts the stick cover which is also redesigned so it doesn't smack against the shell gate
the controller itself looks similar to the original pro controller but actually holding it in your hands it's different in a lot of subtle ways and it feels really damn nice

you can't tell the difference unless you actually hold it
even the dimensions and how your hands rest on it feel different, it's more like a gamecube controller ergonomically compared to the switch pro which was more wide and you ended up holding it kind of like snes controller
the main thing I really like is how the entire controller is just one plastic piece, there's no seams at all besides the front plate and the material is extremely smooth nice

I love Nintendo game pads. The sticks and buttons feel great. You don't really need analog triggers or track pads, and if anything, gyro motion aiming is more precise and feels better.
Still though, I prefer using the bottom button for accept, and while you can swap the buttons, I dislike that UI in games don't change the button prompts accordingly

Buy the gamecube controller and then come back and make a thread where you tell me how it compares to the OG gamecube controllers.
A wireless gamecube controller enhanced with the modern features of the pro controller such as gyro and hdrumble almost sounds too good to be true.

Like how are the sticks? The GC sticks are extremely nice, and provided you didn't brutalize the sticks they still work to this day even after extensive use. I'm expecting the new controllers to be of lower build quality.
Also I can read about the new GC controller has rumble, but is it hdrumble? And is it hdrumble2? I can't actually find any info on it. It's frustrating. And I'm not just going to buy one out of fomo, that's dumb.

Color me surprised. I bet your mom and your home town and your favorite movie are the best, also

Hilariously, the big 3 companies are getting completely embarrassed out of the room by companies like Bigbigwon, but you wouldn't know anything about that on your DRM toys

Xbox controllers still don't have motion controls because Xbox gamers aren't alright in the head. Everyone agrees on the mouse, which is motion controls, so why hold onto the fucking analog stick?
