I'm playing the PS2 port now. It's pretty cool. I don't know if it's the GOTY of 2000 though. I think I like Final Fantasy 9 and Thief 2 better.

Are you retarded or something? The GOG release is the GOTY version. Revision is a mod, you have to download and install it on top of the game. GOG just published it on the page.
