That's the ending where you leave but not really (it's an illusion and you're doomed forever or something). Only way to leave is achieving godhood or kneeling in front of Griffith after he does. But there's no canon ending really it's more a mishmash of several of them. Main one is ending A, but ending C also applies because of Yellow King. Not to mention some S endings also seem to be true such as Enki or Ragnvaldr with:

I don't remember much about the game, got that far and then lost interest after unlocking one ending with the barbarian. Couldn't be assed enough to do it all over again so I watched the others on youtube.

I really liked the world building, the aesthetic and the level of violence the game could transmit, but I absolutely hated the coin flip mechanic. I have to get around and play the sequel one of these days, I have not seen anything about it

When I got this ending, I interpreted The God Of Fear and Hunger as being the Renaissance, people moving past the stagnation with worshiping the Old Gods and moving forward through the struggle, because when you overcome struggle you develop. Here struggle is fear and hunger because that's the only thing the girl ever knew living in the dungeon, and so it was inflicted on the whole humankind.
