I'm playing DMC1 and the Yellow Orb system is one of the most retarded mechanics I've ever seen in a video game.
Basically, if I don't want to lose a Yellow Orb, I have to open the menu, select restart, go back to the main title, load my save file and start all over again.
How hard is it to add a "retry" option?
