Huh, I just noticed they made it DRM-free at some point in its last couple updates. Game doesn't even need Steam open, which is good for anyone interested that never claimed the game on their Steam account while it was available.

It actually made sense, because the playerbase was abysmal by the end of the open beta. Wasn't it something like 6k? It actually worked in their favor because the relaunch had the same amount if not more players than they had at the height of the open beta which was several hundred thousand. The issue was that they squandered all of that.
