Well, a cop out answer would be "oh they just want the attention she gets, it's sour grapes directed at the men" but that's only half of the equation. The other half is that the men who follow sex workers and e-thots are all retard simps or betas or whatever word you'd like to use, and are also ugly. Women hate low position males and uggos more than anything. So it's less of "women hate all of this person's fans" as opposed to "this group of men are entirely composed of people women hate". It's just easier to identify them since Belle Delphine is so popular

They want attention and they want certain behaviors but they also think less of men for doing so. So, like I was talking about above, not only are they jealous of Belle Delphine for getting attention, they also don't like men for giving attention. "Incel" is just a catchall pejorative for "man I don't like". Man giving attention to someone not me? Incel. Man not giving ANYONE attention? Also incel. Now, these are more parasocial issues, women usually wouldn't get into too much of a pissy shitty over real life men she knows giving a different girl more attention (only sometimes) provided they weren't in a relationship or she wanted him or something, but women genuinely don't see men online as human beings, it's more like an instant dopamine hit AI bot.
