Nah, his games will be fine. If something happens, they'll just rebrand and continue launching slop. Meanwhile, actually established and reputable anime girl game devs like Compile Heart and Aquaplus (Utwarerumono and ToHeart on the western e-shops any day now surely) have no recourse.
