It better be extremely long. A game that took them this long to make and can be finished in only a few days would be very disappointing, no matter how good it ends up being. All the extra length doesn't even have to be required, it can all be optional areas and stuff, but there should still be enough content to keep someone occupied on a first playthrough for hundreds of hours regardless, even if most of it has to be optional for the ADHD brains. Or at the very last, the game needs a massive amount of replay value if it isn't length on its own. Ideally both, like Elden Ring.

Hollow Knight was already really big. I thought it was too large for a Metroidvania, I never want to replay it fully. If I redownloaded the game I'd just fight bosses again.
