Final fantasy 15 and Kingdom hearts 3 already looked like that.

Japanese cgi was always behind western cgi.

It looks like 90s Pixar.

Ps6 will actually enter 2000s level CGI like lord of the rings, finding Nemo, Kong fu panda etc...

If your Nintendo who's barely has PS4 level hardware then by all means make low budget small games. But if your Sony and Xbox, this is the time you should be pushing the hardware to its limits.
