I prefer OG RE2. But i've heard nothing but glazing about the REmake. *shrug*

Now that I've played OG2 and 3, I can say

RE1 Remake
RE4 Remake
RE2 Remake
is my top 5. Its wild how bad 3 Remake is in comparison, 3 OG is pretty good if I wish the hospital was more fleshed out or atleast had some floors for Jill to explore instead of just Carlos. Hospital as a location would be so good

Based. OG Claire had that perfect balance of badass without being overdone, and Sherry wasn't the usual annoying escort kid trope. Their dynamic felt way more grounded in RE2 OG compared to the REmake. Plus, jacket Claire > whatever that weird REmake outfit was.

I always found the re1 remake zombies very scary, the sound design on them really stood out to me

my personal favorite is Re0
