you can just install clean steam files then remove the steam drm yourself. if you play cracked denuvo slop then you can just sandbox it, but im assuming you're on windows and not linux. i dont know if you can do that there.

You can also just sync your Steam to your GoG so you own all your games on both, then use GoG's DRM-free .iso downloader to download all your games, or burn them onto discs if you want.
