Good shit. But it's Satisfactory for me since you can build vertically.
These games are literally crack for autists and perfectionists.

for me, it's not that dominions is addictive. it's just that there's so many different ways to play and do things, you can play it for so long and never get bored.

I was done with it when I churned three uranium mines into nuclear fuel and used it all at ~90% when I went and started space Ex.
If you ever really start Factorio, you'll never go back to Satisfactory.
I still remember when they came out with their gay bomb update but nothing in nature was any threat that couldn't be sworded down, meanwhile Factorio has nukes or TRAINSAWS.
Still miss nuking from Orbit from SpaceEx though, then again I really don't miss fucking Vulcanite.

Satisfactory just has too many flaws for me to get into. The horrible tech advancement and the strict system for feeding shit into machines that limits creative freedom (in Factorio there's almost always a way to make shit self sustaining with enough creativity even without the appropriate tech. Case in point with enough creative use of conveyor belts and grabbers you can make self sustaining coal furnaces). The god damn xbox huge machines also really bring it down. Sure the game has the verticality that Factorio lacks but that point's made kind of moot by the fact that a lot of machines are like three god damn stories tall so building vertically is more of just a pain in the ass than anything else. Worst part is that for a lot of machines, their huge designs don't really feel like they have any real purpose. A lot of their size stems from completely unnecessary shit slappes on to them like ladders and platforms attached to them that either serve no purpose or the player will simply never make use of

dont even get me started about the "blueprinting"
Factorio: 130MB Pixelart? No problem if your PC can handle it bro
Satisfactory:
>not even the highest Tier can hold a single nuclear reactor
>my "best" blueprint is 4 Refineries connected
