Skellige wouldโ€™ve been better if there was a quest where a powerful mage turns Geralt into a shota. Then, Geralt has passionate lovey dovey shota sex with Cerys hahaha

Not even a little? If anything it has more face variety than like 90% of games, Kiera, Yen, Triss, Ciri, Cerys, Anna Henritta, literally every female has a distinct face. Sadly it does have same body, pretty sure all female characters share the same body model

Interesting how the game is 10 years old and you can routinely find random NPCs who are more eye-catching than most female protagonists nowadays. This one was especially funny as despite wearing unusually heavy make-up she swears like a sailor upon all kinds of interaction. So not just because you bumped into her.

Humans place importance on the notion of "humor" which is often expressed via the physical action called "laughter". They also value unitary cohesion between individual bioforms, often called "comeradery". This scene is meant to elicit feelings of both. Hope that clears things up, roboanon.

Rotating through multiple hard saves as you play is common knowledge but you guys should really keep one every now and then for good. You know, as a "checkpoint". I do one roughly every 10-15 hours, usually before a major story event/decision or whenever I'm about to use unique consumables or make a major revamp of my build, then just never touch it again unless I have to. Excellent as backing up your progress (no kidding, one of them allowed me to salvage a 150 hour long playthrough) and it can also be used for purposes like yours.

I know, right? W2 with it's unique second Acts is a perfect example of why this practice is so useful. A fixed save right before the final of Act1 (when you decide who you want to side with) allows you to start your second run right at the footstep of a bunch of yet-to-be experienced content. Well, it's never late to adapt new habits. Once you get the hang of it you won't even notice that you're doing it.

Got one at the start of every questline, one before every romance decision, even one before Gwent tournies lmao. Feels anal until you need them, then you feel like a god-tier planner.

Of course, though if you're this committed you really should start your 2nd run from the scratch. Otherwise the time you save by not having to play through the entire Act might be more valuable. My go-to method is to play games normally and whenever a decision or dialogue pops up whatever option I settle with (which is often motivated by role-playing instead of utility) remain my "canon" 9 times out of 10. But since I'm often torn between two options or find others that piqued my interest I usually reload and experience those too. Yes, it takes some extra time but the reward (most of the time extra info about the story/chars/lore and thus deeper understanding of what's going on) is usually well-worth it.

>Triss' romance comes first chronologically
>if you mess with her Yen never forgives it
>she, who makes her debut in the game and you don't get to know her half-way through it
Not your fault desu. This is one of the most serious flaws of the game's presentation. For those who haven't read the books Yen is like some magical creature who's repeatedly mentioned throughout the first two games but the player has absolutely no first-hand experience with her. Triss pretty much replacing her as Geralt's primary love interest there (while Triss' relevance in the books is incomparably smaller) only adds to the mess. Structuring the romance plotline ass backwards in W3 was only the cherry on the top. The price of giving Yen - a complete unknown at this point - a shot is rejecting good ol' Triss who stood by your side throughout two whole games at this point permanently, then hoping that Yen will turn out to be better during her obviously much more limited time with you. What kind of logic is that?

>>715682362
Of course! Pic rel was a meme back then for a reason. Witcher 1 like a roller coaster ride and I'd say a very entertaining one if you can appreciate it's oddities. I'd say there will be highs and lows, but the highs are really high while the lows are not that low.
