Play as Bachelor first, then Haruspex. Once you get bored of walking, go into the console and type "fly 0" so that you don't have to walk everywhere. Quicksave before entering a house and sneak around to steal everything in their cupboards and shit so you don't have to worry about running out of food or drink or medicine. Save scum if you get caught.
