Obviously Camp Omega, but stuff like the first two villages to rescue Miller, the Soviet airbase where you find Huey, the oil refining facility, the airport and OKB Zero are great. The 25 odd missions in the game that are just "fulton this prisoner from a camp that consists of three tents, some sandbags and a watch tower" are just lazy filler.
I remember someone saying "TPP is a fantastic 20 hour game padded out to a mediocre 60 hour one" and agreeing completely.
