I've had several payments blocked, simply because the purchases we're deemed "too much money" in one go. Resulting in me having to call up my bank and demand they quit their bullshit and let me pay for my goods or services. This has happened to me 4 times. Fortunately, I do have a decent cashflow and I have a regular guy who handles my shit at the bank so he makes sure it gets sorted but he also openly admitted he's literally fighting the system from within at that point. Banks are the ultimate evil. I can't imagine how bad it must be for people who live paycheck to paycheck and get cockblocked when trying to purchase several appliances at once due to moving in together or whatnot.
