Is this the best multiplayer game of all time? What game do you think beats it in terms of fun?

L4D2 is so repetitive, I could never play more than 3 matches back to back. Not sure what people see in it.

Multiplayer games that are more fun? From Valve alone there's Team Fortress 2 and CS, maybe even Dota 2.

Shitty fotm games like valheim and schedule 1 crank fun up to 11 but have little to no replay value. You do a run with friends and come back in 4+ years maybe.

How is Stardew valley any different from Valheim in that regard?

How is a game shitty FOTM if you come back to it for multiple playthroughs, even Iif that's only once? Most games don't even get one full playthrough out of me, having played through valheim probably 4 or 5 times I consider the game to be really valuable in terms of hours to dollars.

Vermintide 2 is the peak of L4D-likes
>fun levels
>good enemy variety
>upgrades and skill points add so much to replayability
>great characters with great chemistry

Chill out autist it's called an opinion. My friends want to do SDV playthroughs every 6months-1y. We played valheim once and everyone quit because the gameplay loop gets progressively worse. Using the boat is a pretty miserable and time consuming experience and spending 10h looking for a boss stone should be no ones idea of fun.

Yeah I just disagree with you. That's all anecdotal though - I've played through valheim with the same guy twice and none of my game friends haveso much as mentioned sdv once let alone play it.

I consider a lot of games fotm friendslop but valheim isn't one of them imo and neither is sdv.
