9/10 until the graveyard scene and then it plummets to a 5/10

Yeah and the part where the most advanced animation scripting during live gameplay that Kojima Productions has ever done involves him shitting himself during combat.

And that stays true to this day, nothing since then in the KojiPro library has been more involved and intricately animated as far as animations go during gameplay. You can sit by and watch the Rat Patrol Team and its like watching a cutscene except you're playing and its all about Johnny losing composure and shitting himself, and poop does stain his pants when he does it. Kojima spent hundreds and thousands of dollars on this.

Still a better sequel to MGS2 than Retcons of the Patriots, Cuckjima.

Kojima is a bad writer but 4 is truly terrible. It's a sporadically playable movie game that wrecks the story/characters of the prior games and features hour long cutscenes. I'm amazed it didn't torpedo Kojima's reputation. If I was him, I would also think I could get away with anything.
