10% of the vote spread across 5 different games is nothing. Even if one game was a clear favourite among gamers and got twice as many user votes as the others games, that'd swing the overall vote by 1.6% which isn't going to do anything but break a tie between journalists despite one game getting twice as many votes as the others is very unlikely to happen.
The winner is almost certainly going to be decided by the journalists and the gamer vote is more likely to just wipe each other out and maybe swing the results of each category by 0.1 or 0.2% in favour of whatever games on PC. It's all just engagement bait to get you invested in a result you can't change.
