He had a game, it was so bad, it cursed Superman to never have a solo game again. Seriously though, it feels like we should gotten some type of Superman open world game similar to the Spiderman and Batman games. How hard is it to program a dude flying in the sky and then having him drop down on criminal groups and beat the shit out of them?

Superman doesn't translate well when it comes to video games.
Just spitballing here, the only way i can see a Superman game translate well is him losing a power to kriptonite being shoved inside his body and throughout the game regaining his power to negate said kriptonite

It's really hard to make a game about a character who

>is impervious to almost all forms of damage

I mean, theoretically you can cheat a little bit on all of those without people caring but overall if you make a Superman game you first have to throw out most of Superman lore and if you do, what's the fucking point anymore?
