It's not a boomer game, its pretty much for the undertale/2hu crowd, in fact there's literally an undertale boss. It's more than worth the entry fee but not among my top shmups.

It's a fantastic game to pick up and play if you like video games. You don't have to be an autist to like it, you don't have to """grind""" it before it gets fun. It's just a really great game.

this game is to shmups as doki doki is to visual novels.
in other words it's western developed garbage that bastardizes and fundamentally misunderstands its purported genre, but is convincing enough to satisfy midwit genre tourists
