They aren't.
Uma did a lot of things right and it clicked with western players in a way other gacha devs would kill to achieve.
We don't know if they will keep the playerbase after the gameplay loop becomes a routine, but I guess that's why they accelerated the global server's pacing when it comes to new events and units.
