Please give me recommendation for a fun class, because there is too much shit to choose from.

Sable Company Marine is fun, and is good without dipping. Typical horseback cavalier fighter with a two-handed lance, but your horse can fly because it's a hippogryph.

Playing a mounted build right now and you definitely want Sable Company Marine as your starter class if you're gonna go this way, the Hippogriff pet shits all over everything else and that's not even counting the fact that Flying Attack makes charges actually functional for more than 20% of engagements

Pick oracle, put your main attribute to CHA and secondary to STR. Meta 2H weapons are falchards or falchions but honestly it don't matter since late game you kill everything with spells. The early game may be a little rough depending on how well you use your companions, but once you hit chapter 3 you will basically be godlike.

Oracle is extremely overpowered for this.

Go for the two-handed fighter subclass and pump your strrength as high as it can go. Focus on a weapon with reach like the glaive or maybe the fauchard (requires an extra feat since its an exotic weapon) so you can hit enemies from over a frontliner party member with a shield or a mount to soak up aggro and tank. Grab feats like power attack, cleave and cleaving fininish, outflank on all melee party members, improved critical ect ect. Maybe get lunge on your dude for even more range. Pick whatever you fancy for your mythic powers, angel will just act as a good force multiplier as well as giving you some buff spells you can slot in for your main dude.
End result will be a dude that requires no thought or micromanagement, just swing, crit, kill, then watch as improved cleaving finish has you splatter entire rooms in an instant. Will shit all over normal difficulty and requires nothing but 20 levels all in fighter. Weaknesses such as slightly lower AC and shit will saves can easily be covered with core spells like haste and unbreakable heart.

Buffing and prebuffing are different things. Personally I like finding the correct combo of spell slots for the rights buffs prior to combat, but a lot of people would probably enjoy the game more if buffs were reset when you entered combat and the game was balanced around that.
