Have you not looked at the new PS+? Every company wants you to pay for their poorly emulated games another time, it's why I finally dropped their online services and just switched to PC with a Switch for single player exclusives

Everything with roms the size of a jpg or a webm will always be emulatable. Anything bigger requiring site hosting to provide in bulk, maybe not so much
