The Amazing Digital Circus would work very well as a platformer. Kinda like Super Mario 64 where the circus is your hub but instead of jumping into paintings you walk in portals or doors or whatever where you are taken into different worlds made by Cain. I would totally buy a game like this

I like the humor but the "emotional" scenes are incredibly forced and cringe beyond all belief. There is practically no buildup for them, just gay tramadumping. Kinger's has been the least offesnive. probably because kinger isn't such a fucking fag.

The trend in animated shit where there needs to be episodic emotional slop is one of the worst things to have ever happened for animations. This show would 100% be better if it was just goofy antics like a vaguely adult oriented Foster's Home or something.

It's a show made for literal toddlers and aging tumblrinas. The fact they had merch on episode 1 should tell you everything. They aren't writing for quality, lol.

Yeah I'm in the same boat, like I get why they're traumatized, but its all presented as a villain of the week type of deal, which makes it so much more tiresome.

Hearing the creator of this shit describe he made Caine as a combination of AM andโ€ฆ a character from one of those object shows exclusive watched by literal autists made me want to kill myself.

Yeah, they just need to be a bit more subtle about everything, rather than explicitly stating XYZ character motivation.
Then again, the entitr point of the show is the juxtaposition of the absurd situations the characters are in, with the ostensibly real people they are, which is best exemplified in expression of emotions.
Also, if it's so bad, why did it get so popular? I'm not retarded enough to claim popular = good, but I do think there must be redeeming qualities for it to remain so.

This is why I think the latest episode is the best one, lots of quick random settings.

Sorry anon, but the tranny director begs to differ.
>>715815729
I think the character design is very solid with a lot of wide appeal built-in, and the show has excellent production values.

Seems like that post indicates that the creator believes it's a show for little kids and the only thing holding it back are people outside of their influence.

He is essentially hinting he is about to insert fetish undertones in the show and wants a cover, even though he is fully aware most of his audience are indeed 8 year olds.

Do you realize the breadth of weird shit Gooseworx is into? There's probably been at least a dozen fetishes in each of the episodes thus far.

Well, even more fetish undertones, and more prominent. Yes I'm aware of the weird stuff such as the head drilling fetish.
