It's one of those maps I never get sick of playing on. Like Panama Canal from BC2 and Seine Crossing from Battlefield 3.

For me it was Hoth or space combat.

I played Bespin Platforms and Hoth for probably thousands of hours as a kid. The only issue is that the AI is kind of retarded.
I look forward to the day I can plug in an AI program that controls the NPC's on a local server.

I really just enjoyed ramming a ship as fast as i could into the enemy ship to dock and blow up their reactor as fast as possible.

The space combat wasn't that bad, just VERY shallow.
It was a great base to build Battlefront 3's space combat from.

Not him, but I enjoyed it for what it was since I’m a fucking sucker for Star Wars starfighter games. It’s also why I wanted Squadrons to succeed so badly, and that game crashed and fucking burned.

its a linear map with no pathing, where there's pathing or flanks they're really exposed to long angles or you round a corner into campers. There's also always campers in the apt buildings. Every match becomes a steam roll where one side spawn camps for 30 mins and then they usually switch. It's just a bad map. Any BF map with no room to manuever out of the uncap is terrible. Not to mention the annoying tanks and the BLUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUE

I counteract this by upping the number of tickets for each the round--all the way to the max, five hundred percent i think.
>>715819447
I could see the fun in that.
>>715819471
True. It's not exactly Battlefront 3 but I really like how expansive Elite Squadron's space combat is; fighting in space, support ships for each faction, multiple ways to destroy/disable shields, boarding parties, escape pods, and surface-to-space transitions.

Forgot this existed. What happened?

Game had really good mechanics but a shoestring budget. Lobbies never went bigger than 6v6, there were maybe 5 maps total, nothing in atmosphere despite the cinematic trailer explicitly showing it, no co-op at all, and they got a single DLC ship out for either side before shutting down.
