I got a Miyoo Mini+ without thinking and forgot that I was 195cm 135kg ogre with giant hands. I like the form factor, portability, and design, but can't play without getting hand cramps after about 15 minutes. Looking at the Retroid Pocket Classic now as an alternative, but feel like I might get the same issue...

I had a really shitty sonic one I used to play on long car ride 12 hour vacation trips to north carolina while being dehydrated as hell and getting headaches from the suns rays

I did get a gameboy eventually. They left me in a hot car in arizona to go horseback riding, I was too scared to get on the horse and it was too hard to climb up. I played metroid on it and was lucky I didnt die of heat stroke.
