I'm an online assistant at Valorant, and for the last two years, there's been a lot of social surveillance on players. Due to my employment contract, I'm not allowed to tell anyone about these. But just so you know, if there are any "content creators" among you, please spread the word. Thanks.
COMPANIES LE.... COLLECT YOUR DATA?!?!?!?!
>Riot is spying on you
Only a complete retard didn't know this. Completely deserved btw if you're dumb enough have that chinese spyware Vanguard installed.
All companies collect data, but I'll try to share what I can with you. Riot's League of Legends, Valorant, and other applications measure user reactions in-game, and analyze them daily. For example, data is collected from Person X's in-game conversations, text messages, and background programs for a month. For example, data is collected directly from the Spotify player, such as whether Person X listened to upbeat music in the game today, and the log is recorded.
>>715876568They explicitly tell you they can do this in their TOS.
They don't tell me everything they do, and if I told them everything I know, I'd get in trouble. I'm on vacation for a week right now, but I've been witnessing what's happening for about a year and a half, and I can't stand it anymore because millions of players join every month. There are companies that conduct research on people under contract with the company, and they all send new emails and write new things for weeks. They all want to make new observations, but I don't think it's legal. I've only worked at one gaming company so far, and it's probably the same for other gaming companies. Remember, almost 100+ observations are made in games every month.
>>715876217Saying they collect data is an understatement. They can literally pull any file from any of your drives connected.
Schizo nonsense used to be believable.
What you said is 100% true. But what I'm telling you is that they're pulling these files and conducting surveillance. They collect data on the songs you listen to, the videos you watch, the movies you watch, and what you search for on Google. This data is then recorded one by one by the AI for a month, and then they take notes on how you feel for a month. But this is only the data they have a contract with. Many other companies want other things to monitor and analyze other people. But I only know about three or four of them. This is very important to me. Please spread the word on platforms like Reddit. My name isn't "Dylean," you'll find out on social media soon. Thank you, and see you soon.
