I agree, but that guy wasn't expecting child nudity in a Nintendo game, he was questioning society's engagement with nudity in general, albeit within the framing of dark humor. "There is nothing to be ashamed of your body" is a legitimate sentiment held by millions of people, yet we treat child nudism very differently from adult nudism.
I live in Germany where nudism is much more lax and we have sizable nudist cultures. There is generally no sexual element to nudism.
"People" got triggered the fuck out of me saying that children have sexuality; so if it's a commonly-accepted fact that children are not at all sexual, then why make such a fuss about child nudity? I am guilty of it myself. I berated my 10 year old female cousin when I was 14 for taking off her top outside at night since she got it wet.
She cried to her parents and I got scolded by my parents for instilling fear in her, and was told that it wasn't a big deal for girls her age to be topless.
