As long as you aren't 40-50 you can still learn some basic functional parkour if you just skip the crazy stunt parkour, just start doing judo push ups, splits squats and practice your pull ups heh.

I never tried the full game, but I remember liking the demo a bit more, as you actually get freedom to parkour instead of most of the routes being somewhat pre-defined.

there is something about running around in 2 that is endlessly comfy. plus both games have some of the most fun and satisfying combat I've experienced once I took the time to really learn all the movement mechanics

The art style is worse than the first game, but not bad. The parkour is far less "grounded" and feels more arcadey, but is still fun.
I'd say it's worth a playthrough, and I still like it.

It's fine.
Controls are better. On the other hand, level design is not as tight except for a few singular segments, unlocking skills is lame, story cutscenes are are more present inside the game, and the game generally looks worse because of real time lighting.
