I think everyone knows what a Flesh Eater is but no one knows how to make one. Then again, when the Indoline soldiers are chasing Nia, they specifically call her a cannibal. Then again, again maybe this is something only known by Indol. Since Jin needed to learn the secret from his previous life's diary and Flesh Eaters as a whole are highly illegal. Overall it's an interesting tidbit to Nia.
