Originally "Outer Wild" was a tech-demo made by a new hire at Annapurna Interactive.
Then they went to a convention, he showed his demo as the "amateur section".
That's when they released it made no sense for the company to make anything else BUT this game.

Game is boring until you get some momentum going. You will start to like it once you solve one big puzzle like I did.

the real challenge in this game isn't beating it, but figuring out why your rumor map doesn't look like others. Connections can be inferred, but unless the game presents you with a real moment to connect two rumors there wont be a bridge between the two
