Anyone else love Odyssey but have no interest in this? I watched Vinny play it for three hours and never felt a sense of exploration presented itself or felt any real platforming skill was required. Just running and smashing over and over.

Been playing for about 6 hours everyday, about the time it takes to collect everything in a level. I give it 9.5/10, really good game.

It feels like Odyssey but with changes that directly address the issues with Odyssey. Mainly the "too many moons" complaint. There's lots of bananas to collect, but it's not like Odyssey where you just get one every 10 fucking seconds for doing the most inconsequential of things like ground pounding a certain spot or throwing Cappy at an object.

Odyssey was only ranked so highly because tendies were still high off BOTW and their new bing bing wahoo pad, and on top of that they had fuck all for a year until Smash Ultimate because people forget how awful 2018 was for the Switch.
