It was technically Konami, but GOG did the heavy lifting cleaning it up. SH4 had a decent PC version to begin with, just needed tweaks and fixes that GOG thankfully bothered with. Honestly, if we get a decent SH2 (Classic) version with the Enhanced Edition improvements baked in, I’ll be shocked-and pleasantly surprised. Just don’t expect that kind of love from Konami alone.

It's just an advertisement for the GOG Dreamlist program. They've been putting extra extra emphasis on SH1-2-3 because they really really want to have it on their store as part of their game preservation motto, but Konami isn't budging (probably for all the same reasons the HD collection was so shit). It's a nothingburger, unfortunately.
