Budokai if you want to play a high quality retelling of the DBZ story
Budokai 2 if you want a great campaign with lots of replayability, secrets to unlock, and a simple but still challenging and fun fighting system
Budokai 3 for a nearly perfect fighting system
Infinite World for a mix of Budokai 1 and 3's best qualities
Attack of the Saiyans if you want a good RPG
FighterZ if you want a competitve fighting game with actual depth

Everything else sucks. Yes even Tenkaichi games. They aren't very good

op, there's basically 3 genres of dbz games if you don't know, there's budokai, tenkaichi, and other
budokai 1, 2, 3, and a few others like uhh raging blast i think, kind of all blends together what's what at this point, are budokais where they're built on budokai 1
budokai tenkaichi, 2, 3, sparking zero, xenoverse, are all tenkaichis, built on tenkaichi 1
then legacy of goku, final bout, sagas etc., are the others that are all original in one way or another

my imo is all the tenkaichis are garbage not worth playing, and most of the budokais are decent in isolation but playing them all will get repetitive, so budokai 3 is the one i'd rec if you just want to go for one single game, then budokai 1 and then you can branch out to the weird shit in the other category, but most of them are NOT good
