It's possible. You know they're going to have 2 whole chapters dedicated to Wutai at least. One for wutai shit and the other for don corners comeback. They really are pushing her to be a central character, despite her being optional in the first place. She had a sizable role in advent children and dirge of cerebus as well. Plus her own dlc already.
