Recommend me games that take place in gritty Urban Cities at night. Some game examples may include:
Cry of Fear
Remorse the List
Kingpin Life of Crime
Manhunt
Condemned Criminal Origins
Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines
Or this Garry's mod map may better define what I'm looking for specifically.

Yeah the russian jank condemned clone, played that one too and got it working somehow on windows 10. Same with the Darkness and SWAT 4. I don't think there's anything i haven't played. I wish there was.

Project Crypt is another one I've tried and i know of Afraid of Monsters. The fact that someone made an image on it but still couldn't find much is probably the telling sign that I've seen everything. Hammerhead is a new suggestion so thank you for that anon, i did get something out of this. David Szymanski's Butcher's Creek also has some of the elements of at least Manhunt and Condemned. As does the old Russian abandonware game Traque

I vaguely remember playing this one, so maybe I'll have to give it a shot again to refresh my memory. It's been a long time since i played it.

And just FYI i've also played Rockstar's licensed game for The Warriors.

I'm going to post something off topic here but it's really not if you think about it.Neverwinter Nights takes place in a city at night and even though it's a medieval fantasy city you immediately have to deal with whole neighborhoods being quarantined due to a spreading disease as well as with a prison whose prisoners were released and are now attacking everyone on sight and chopping heads.

It's a shame that 'dark cities' 'urban 'decay' setting is restricted to horror in general. Since i really liked exploring Downtown LA in VTMB and the atmosphere and haven't found much that can recapture the feeling.

Gameplay is basically cyberpunk half life 2 and the enviroments are very nicely done. It also has 3 different versions, There's two mod versions and the one that sold on steam. The story is pretty much the same at least scenario wise in all three but they all have different level design from one another. Steam version is supposed to get a big update coming soon that will overhaul the game.

G-String is very much a fun game, very unique with the upsides and downsides associated with that trait but worth shelling out the money for. Or you can play it the same way I originally played it which is the Half-Life 2 mod version for free which is still an insane and unique experience, albeit being made before the creator got a lot of advice/lessons in how to design a level so you may have to look up a walkthrough here and there, but nonetheless a great time.

You seem to have pinned down a lot of what I was going to suggest, each time I look at the list and thread of what you have played. Ultimately, although I'm not sure if it will fit your particularly specific tastes and for sure won't contain any running and gunning, perhaps you may look into Neyasnoe. I suppose you could say it's specifically about the Russian/slavic post-USSR atmosphere and concept of decay, and the feeling associated with it. It is very much an atmospheric walking simulator with inside Russian references you'd play on a lazy evening after getting home from work, but if you're really trying to dive deep here it may tickle your fancy.

Yeah I'd say give it a go because it's got good vibes for a horror game. Not exactly completely original because it was a copy, but it's as unique as Condemned is today so that makes it stand out in some way. And fun fact in the games story, the dystopia the game takes place in is the year 2025. I actually think it's decent enough that it's serviceable, unlike a ton slav jank I've had the displeasure of playing. There's another game called Jawbreaker that may interest you if you're looking for another Condemned clone, except it has the structure of old RE survival horror. But aside from that and Butcher's Creek that's all there is.
