MC is transported into a magical world. During his adventures he meets people he recognises from the real world in different roles, there are some surprises along the way. The game never beats you over the head with big unexplained things that the characters refuse to explain diegetically. The game never says "look at this big weird thing... Isn't it weird and mysterious?" then refuses to let you listen to the characters share their in-game knowledge about it.
