Dude, I had this game on my wishlist ever since the first trailer dropped. I was looking forward to it but then I saw a bunch of reviews shitting on it at launch due to it being riddled with bugs. Apparently most of it has been ironed out. I'll get to it eventually, I really dig the aesthetics and I'm a sucker for soulslop.

Fair enough. I have almost 500 hours on Nioh 2 and it took me some time until it clicked. I dropped it after 5 hours the first time I tried it. It's one of my favorite games.

Yeah, I've seen people complaining about the ki pulse being an annoying mechanic but after some time it becomes second nature. You start doing it automatically. It stops being annoying and becomes a satisfying part of the gameplay. Kinda like parrying in Sekiro.

I started NWN last night because a friend who's into D&D bothered to help me make a character and explain some stuff along the way which frankly took us 90 minutes. Then off I went into the Wailing Death Campaign and started thinking this is fun

If I manage to beat this I will definitely go for the expansions with a new character that'll be without my friends advise just to see if I can make it

The Wailing Death is arguably the weakest game in the trilogy. If you're liking it then definitely play the other ones as well. For me it peaked in the third game.
