I used the axe and halberd and they were both great. The halberd is probably the most OP weapon in the game. I thought the sword was kind of weak though and I never tried the greatsword.

They added int requirements and fire damage, so I didn't bother with any of them.

All I used was the greatsword and it was really good. Got quite a few kills with it in PVP.

Scythe(Bardiche) is the best weapon that skilled players use.
