It is good, but it has some flaws (Not ncessarily in concept so much as values) and it rides off the first time experience.

TotK is carried entirely by how you feel about it basically being BotW+Nuts and Bolts, with most people i spoken to walking away with negativity.

Rented it from the library to try it out. Returned it the exact same day. Worse part is, they made another just like it. Link's Awakening, old and new one, is vastly superior. A Link to the Past is obviously top-tier though. Didnt have 64 or cube, so idk about that era of Link. Shame, because I actually like crafting and durability. But it wasnt up to par for my liking.

There's literally no reason to play BOTW now that TOTK exists. Same map, same enemies, same locations, but way more content.
